Nothing to say?

Yeah, I don't really have anything to write about, but what the hell I will give it a go anyway. I have been spending too much time online and the funny thing is I have spent much of it learning about personality types and social interactions. There seems to be some sort of paradox here. Spending time alone learning about how people interact with each other.

But to be honest it has been enjoyable. I am fascinated by people. There are so many of us on the planet right now and we are all facing a very dramatic change in the paradigm on Earth. We all have a role to play and I think cooperation is essential along with the desire to understand one another. This is one reason why I have been fascinated with the MBTI. It has provided me with a new perspective to view people. I used to think that all people were the same and I think deep down we are. We Are All One Anyway! But I was a little naive by overlooking the differences.

I realize now that there are many differences in people and we all have our own strengths and weaknesses. It is beautiful really. Here we are presented with certain challenges and collectively we have what is required to overcome those chosen challenges. On the flip side, we also have the weaknesses to drive our species into the ground. Such a compelling story that is unfolding. All of it happening on this pretty blue pearl. I hope we have the chance to tell it someday. Deep down, I know we will

I can relate to a fascination with people. There's a quote from a show My So-Called Life (tragically canceled after only one season): "Sometimes it seems like we're all living in some kind of prison. And the crime is how much we hate ourselves. It's good to get really dressed up once in a while. And admit the truth: that when you really look closely? People are so strange and so complicated that they're actually... beautiful. Possibly even me." Uh, yeah, sorry if I'm being corny but your post made me think of that.
