I've noticed something.
I like one girl a lot. But I'm smart enough to know that I shouldn't be focusing all my time and energy on her because it's a wasted effort.
But the effects of my liking her so much is that I don't like anyone else and am thus independant. I don't need them, but I enjoy their company. If they aren't doing anything for me I dismiss it and move on without thinking much about. I don't care what happens, I'll live my life with or with out them and be happy.
No one wants someone who needs them, so someone who doesn't need you but likes you is actractive. People who're a tad bit insecure may think they want someone who needs them, but they really don't they want someone who wants them but doesn't actually need them at all.
This is what I've become. This is what she's become. This is why I'm no longer upset that I meet her. Something good has come from all of this.
In her situation she was avoiding relationships, I'm assuming because she got hurt at some point and just messing around with people. I was one of those people. Till eventually she ran into someone who really liked her that she felt the same about [not me.]
But I find myself int he same situation without messing around as much because a lot of these people I don't want to mess around with. But I'm seeing more in people than I did before and my options are getter wider and wider to the point where I have too many people talking to me.
