After 3 days of playing beer pong and quarters they would slowly start to regress as people and start communicating with yelps and grunts. One of the ESFJs will accidentally re-discover fire and will be pretty psyched about it.

Aren't they called sororities?
Depending on age and if they are married with kids or not I think you'd get a variety of responses. Most of the ESFJs I know are under 33, unmarried. Partying and stories about their exploits and pining for when they get married and have kids.
Lunch time conversations are like talking with Elizabeth Hasselback. There's lots of variety in the topics (and something always leads back to sex) and we tend not to stay on one topic for very long.

knowing the ESFJs I do it could go 2 ways...
a ladies' fellowship meeting with decaf coffee and talk about an upcoming mission trip
or
dressing up and going out to the bars, doing countless tequila shots and hitting on any hot guy in the area
hanging out with the former group gets a bit grating, the later can be quite a bit of fun until they decide you need to join them for kareoke
