I'd very much like this in the future. I'd be in harmony and feel happiness, I'd be elated.

As any important job, I'd be happy to get it, but I wouldn't be particularly excited about this.

I'd be overwhelmed by the amount of know-how and brain activity in the job. I'd be working in a job I'm not in control of, the researches would know more. So it would be adventure, I'd be excited, anxious, I'd feel the whole range of feelings. Probably I'd burn out sooner or later.

Process engineering, okay. I'd be okay with it, it's part of what I've learned, but applied to different products. I wouldn't put all my heart to it and it would show. It would tax me.

I'd have skills from totally different areas, I'd be in pain not to screw up. I'd rely a lot on my subordinates to provide information and they would practically lead most of it for a year or two. I'd be afraid of when I'm going to be kicked out, I'd go home feeling insecure.

If it's personel matters, it's ok, but as I'd actually have to learn and use the engineering aspect of it, hmm, I guess I'd like it in the end. Building projects are exciting. But, I've loved this kind of engineering as a child, still like it, but I'd still be insecure and afraid of screwing up with this one.

I'd be thrilled. Dream job. I would take in the current development of games today, feel in the moods and details and dive in the atmosphere of the game we're creating. I'd be very happy about this, proud, it would be just perfect.

This would be a more standard setting than the others, I'd feel confident in fulfilling my responsibilities, and of course I would have had to learn a lot to get this far. Considering the time for all that, I'd be eventually disappointed of a boring job, unhappy.

From what I've seen (haven't put them into chart or anything), there seems to be a strong I/E thing going on, and almost nothing to do with F/T. What else? (or is it so?)

This *sounds* like something that I'd really like. In practice, I'm not so sure. I think that there are a lot of details and people-problems that I'd be way stressed out by dealing with.

All in all, I'm not terribly interested in "management". There's way too much PR, "appease the accountants", "Sales over all", and people problems. Any of that, much less all of it, would simply suck the life out of me. I'd much rather be "lead engineer", "technical specialist/coordinator", "troubleshooter", "designer", "teacher" or "writer".

I didn't mind it, it appealed to the organisational wonderboy inside of me, but it came in between me and my work friends (they found the playfulness was gone once ENTJ Extraordinaire was truly unleashed )

This kind of won't absolutely be found in most businesses. If it's found, it's probably named as Human Resources Manager or something like that.
