When I ail, I agitate it beyond comfort. I feel it helps my body fight things proper, like punching stone.
I cured my TMJ through it. Another example would be a vaccine.
I wish I had better examples, just today my sister exemplified a rather good scenario I cannot recall.
Do you have any opinions on the subject? Perhaps you know the scientific term?
I guess what I'm getting at is that I don't like when people shield themselves from things because it hurts. In the long run, do they heal more proper or are they setting themselves up for future discomfort?
Oh, honey! Perhaps an old wives tale, but supposedly you can ingest spoons of honey to cure allergies. Logic says the body develops immunity to the pollens contained within. Anyone know the degree of truth to that?
