Flying Cars, oh my

Haven't really thought about these for awhile, but the main one covered here changes shape /has retractable wings.

I dunno if they will ever be viable a la back to the future, under total manual control, due to the craziness of regulating flight patterns without injury (it seems far more complex and with higher risk for general populace), and potential is rife for abuse.... but still interesting to consider.

Yeah, flying cars wont happen as long as people can manually drive them. Very fun to think about though.
