So this morning did not start out the best. The cat kept trying to wake us up all morning. I finally administered some hydro-therapy to her and she came crawling back, eager to make up, laid down in my arms submissive and purred really hard. So we all went back to sleep.

Then later when my alarm went off, husband was coming in telling me the cat had a major EWO type err...*incident* (cat people will get the general idea, other people won't care to know) of defcon 4 level he claimed and he was having a J style freak out over it and I was like I am not even awake yet, don't worry..I will take care of it.

So I get up and start dealing with the issue and he is still all freaking out and going on, and I am like well we are the human beings, we can maintain control even in the midst of chaos. He says "I can't, I just can't. I hate not being in control." I said, for God's sake, get a grip, you are making it ten times as bad for me to deal with!:steam:

He had to hold her for me at one point so I could bathe her and he was all flustered over that. "I don't want to hurt her."

Eventually he was able to joke about it and said he would like to install a claxton for such times. Geez, what would he do if I wasn't here?

Then he tells me about ten times before he leaves "You have to give her a lot of love today, but don't pet her too much and go easy on her, be sure to give her plenty of water, micorwave her food to warm it up for her..." (Yes, he actually has the cat now expecting her Fancy Feast to be warmed in the microwave! I refuse to do this...)

Kitty is still doing a bit poorly, she is in the window sunning but looks really out of it and put upon.

Dunno what an 'EWO type incident' is (haven't had a cat in a long time), but I am definitely a cat person. Did your husband take the MBTI? Is he an NT? Out of curiosity.

Was your cat preggers or something? Lolz.

lol, count your blessings.

My husband is INFJ.

My cat is a middle aged housecat. No possiblity of pregancy. Kitties just have some times of woe and troubles from time to time and need aid. My sister reports the same about her cat.

It would be funny to see your husband's reaction to the cat getting pregnant. I want to get a cat, but the shelters price them at 150$+. I should have taken that kitten that was offered to us for free, but I was an idiot.

Our cat is spayed. I don't think my husband could deal with her dating any toms...
