Quotation:
“The Buddha is not a person to be worshipped. It is a mind state to attained.” Buddhism

“I so wish the western monotheistic religions would embrace this concept. Both Jesus and Buddha came to provide and be an example for us to follow.

The Buddha Mind and the Christ Consciousness are a path and example open for those of us willing to follow.

Eastern religions never deified Buddha (Buddhism), Lao Tzu (Taoism), Confucius (Confucianism), or Mahavira (Jainism).

Hinduism even though they are polytheistic have a great reverence for all life inclusive a deep reverence for animal wildlife.

I’ve always generally liked paganism, shamanism and Native American spirituality. Natives lived closely to and with the land and had a spiritual connection with the animals.

People aren’t going to like this but I’ll state Crazy Horse with the Ghost Dance is just as viable as the religions who believe in one God.

In addition Native Americans of the Hopi and Sioux nations have a prophecy of the Rainbow Warriors that are to come. At a time in the future the Rainbow Warriors shall come and help and guide us.

"These are Native American prophecies of those who will usher in a new dawn and the qualities of which they possess.

'Rainbow Warriors'

'The Prophecy of the Rainbow Warriors'

"This is the way I've heard the legend, passed down through the ages. A time will come when the earth and all of life will need our help. At this time a tribe will gather from all cultures of the world.

They will be recognized by their spirit connection & life giving actions toward the finned, the winged, the creeping crawling,

the standing green growing, the four legged, two legged nations and all that is. They will awaken humankind to find a star inside themselves.

This star will guide them to overcome the mountains of ignorance, prejudice hatred and fear through compassion harmony and honor. They will find a new song and a new dream.

The beautiful bow that hangs in the sky after a storm is a monument to these ones. "I believe we are living in this time now. All of us with this vision are the tribe,

we are the rainbow warriors, we will heal the world. We are the cherished dream and vision of the ancient ones of long ago." Silversong Cree/Blackfoot

"When the earth is sick, the animals will begin to disappear, when that happens, the Warriors of the Rainbow will come to save them." Chief Seattle (Seathl), Duwamish-Suquamish, (1785-1866).

“When the earth is dying there shall arise a new tribe of all colors and of all creeds. This tribe shall be called "The Warriors of the Rainbow" and it will put its faith in actions not words.

"The Warriors of the Rainbow" shall spread these messages and teach all peoples of the Earth. They will teach them how to live the "Way of the Great Spirit". The tasks of these "Warriors of the Rainbow" are many and great.

There will be terrifying mountains of ignorance to conquer and they shall find prejudice and hatred. They must be dedicated, unwavering in their strength, and strong of heart.

They will find willing hearts and minds that will follow them on this road of returning "Mother Earth" to beauty and plenty once more.” Ancient Hopi Prophesy

'Prophecy of Chief Crazy Horse'

"Upon suffering beyond suffering; the Red Nation shall rise again and it shall be a blessing for a sick world. A world filled with broken promises, selfishness and separations, a world longing for light again.

I see a time of seven generations when all the colors of mankind will gather under the sacred Tree of Life and the whole Earth will become one circle again.

In that day there will be those among the Lakota who will carry knowledge and understanding of unity among all living things, and the young white ones will come to those of my people and ask for this wisdom.

I salute the light within your eyes where the whole universe dwells. For when you are at that center within you and I am that place within me, we shall be as one." Chief Crazy Horse

Sioux Prophesy
“There will come a time when the earth is sick and the animals and plants begin to die. Then the Indians will regain their spirit and

gather people of all nations, colors and beliefs to join together in the fight to save the Earth: The Rainbow Warriors

All of these are myths providing hope for people who must live and survive on this sweetest Mother Earth.

None of these are true and not one of the prophecies whether they are of Christian, Islam, or Native American cultural beliefs of the Rainbow Warriors will come to pass.

“There are hundreds of paths up the mountain, all leading to the top. The only ones wasting time are those who run in circles around the mountain, telling others that their path wrong.” Hindu Proverb

“You have your way. I have my way. As for the right way, the correct way, and the only way, it does not exist. Friedrich Nietzsche

For those waiting for someone to come and save them is a dream that is unrealistic and shall never come to pass. In fact waiting for a divine force to come and save us from ourselves is part of the reason we are not growing up as a species.

We have not grown psychologically, spiritually or emotionally for six thousand years. Albert Einstein said that if there was one religion in the future that could help mankind it would be akin with Buddhism.

"The religion of the future will be a cosmic religion. It should transcend personal God and avoid dogma and theology.

Covering both the natural and the spiritual, it should be based on a religious sense arising from the experience of all things natural and spiritual as a meaningful unity. Buddhism answers this description.” Albert Einstein

“If there is any religion that could cope with modern scientific needs it would be Buddhism." Albert Einstein

I agree and resonate with the truth of Buddha’s words. Buddha was an NT. The nickname of the Myers Briggs NT is the Rational Mind. I myself am INTP.

“No one saves us but ourselves. No one can and no one may. We ourselves must walk the path.” Buddha

“Believe nothing, no matter where you read it, or who has said it, not even if I have said it. Unless it agrees with your own reason and your own common sense.” Buddha

“One Buddha is not enough. All of us have to become buddhas in order for our planet to have a chance.” Thich Nhat Hanh

It is only when we ourselves take personal responsibility for our own thoughts, feelings, speech, writings and actions that we can finally break free from Bronze Age and their lack of understanding.” LightSun

“If you want to awaken all of humanity, then awaken all of yourself. If you want to eliminate the suffering in the world, then eliminate all that is dark and negative in yourself. Truly, the greatest gift you have to give is that of your own self-transformation.” Lao Tzu
