Do not go gentle into that dread night,
Mortals should fight and rave at being prey;
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

Though blood fiends at their end know dark is right
Because there will be no more feasting they
Do not go gentle into that dread night.

The weak, their last frail sigh, crying how might
Their brave dreams have brightened their dull day,
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

The good who sought their dues by doing right
Then learned, too late, that evil need not pay,
Do not go gentle into that dread night.

The old, near death, who see with certain sight
Their hungry wasted years of work and play,
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

And you, my victim, torn by my sharp bite,

Curse, bless me now with your fierce tears, I pray.
Do not go gentle into that dread night,
Rage, rage against the dying of the light

I hate *%$ing villanelles, they're one of the most cumbersome and restrictive verse forms in the English language due to the lack of rhymes. This came out quite well though I thought. I don't think anyone will have trouble identifying the original on which the parody was based ;)
