So, after a few events that are not really worth mentioning, I am a few days into my summer break. So far it's been a bit rocky, but I'm hoping that things will smooth over. (They usually don't smooth over that much, but maybe this time they will).
I am back to normal--that is, since returning home, I've resumed my default mood, which is depression served generously with a side of anxiety :/ On the one hand, I'm a bit relieved because I'm actually feeling something, well, not normal, but familiar, but on the other, more reasonable hand, who the hell wants to feel like this? It sucks. However, I'm also happy to see my siblings again (def. not going to admit this aloud
), and babbling endlessly to my mother while she nods along and barely listens is really nice as well
. And the other day me and my brother played The Walking Dead game on his tablet for a few hours, so that was really nice.
In more positive news, one of my friends graduated from high school on Sunday and will be going to college in SoCal
She's really great, so I hope all goes well for her.
I think that is all for now.
