Hi! This test uses Big 5 to access Personality Disorders. I basically use a table from Wikipedia (here: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Personality_disorder#Versus_normal_personality), and through this table it is possible to deduct (actually, induct) which personality disorders you are likely to have based on a Big 5 test result (it gets right 60-80% of the cases). In case you havent done a Big 5 test, I recommend this one:
Personality Assessor | IPIP-120 Personality Test

DISCLAIMER: This test does not replace at all proper diagnosis, but it is meant to give some assistance.

Your strongest personality disorder is... Paranoid!

Here are the ranges of scores (you can check below the scores of all the 14 personality disorders presented on this test):
71-80: Very high. It is imminent that you have this disorder.
61-70: High. It is likely that you have this personality disorder.
51-60: Medium. You can either have this personality disorder OR having this disorder mildly OR having just tendencies related to this PD.
41-50: Low. You have some few unhealthy tendencies related to the disorder and may slip a little bit from times to times.
40 or less: You don't have this disorder.

Healthy VS Unhealthy: Taking in account this test and Neuroticism, at least in my own classification:
- Ideally healthy: 39 or less in all Personality Disorders on this test, 35th or lower on Neuroticism and 50th or lower on all Neuroticism facets. Only a minority fulfil this world-wide.
- Healthy: 49 or less in all Personality Disorders on this test, 60th or lower on Neuroticism and 75th or lower on all Neuroticism facets. This is a more moderate healthy where although there are some few tendencies and perhaps a little bit of negative emotions, the person is ok in general.
- Unhealthy: 50 or more in one of the Personality Disorders on this test OR more than 60th on Neuroticism or more than 75th on one of the Neuroticism facets.

Here it is the Wikipedia resume of this Personality Disorder:

"Guarded, defensive, distrustful and suspicious. Hypervigilant to the motives of others to undermine or do harm. Always seeking confirmatory evidence of hidden schemes. Feel righteous, but persecuted. Experience a pattern of pervasive distrust and suspicion of others that lasts a long time. They are generally difficult to work with and are very hard to form relationships with. They are also known to be somewhat short-tempered."
