So. Trinity decided to burn her paw on some asphalt 2 weeks ago => vet trip+ mandatory quarantine for 5 days and treatment twice a day.

Then Arwen decided to stress herself into oblivion over something I still havent quite figured out and gave her Herpes virus the chance it needed to swell her eye up to look like shed been beaten to a pulp, which I then treated for a week (luckily I have the ointment on hand for that one). She then proceeded to have a bacterial infection on her respiratory system, which luckily, she beat on her own. Then three days ago, she starts scratching her ears...again (she just had earmite a month ago). Falcor joins her in the fun, with both ears on the fritz.

Benjamin (the long haired cat of my inlaws) decided at that point to go fuck up his fur and start breeding a skin infection under all that tangled up and matted hair, which I told them repeatedly about, but eventually it ended up being me, yet again, that got to be the bad guy. Its not like that cat doesnt hate me already
I trap him in a room for two hours and proceed to cut out all the knots, getting meows of pain and stress out of a cat thats not even mine and starts hyperventilating at the end of the journey. I managed to do one side, and get most of the big ones out, but I still have to finish him off.

Meanwhile Lulu comes home with a gash under her eye and a bloodshot eye. Gave her Arwens medication for two days, seems to have done the trick. And today I took both Arwen and Falcor to the vet, where they got the verdict that they have a yeast infection due to the humid conditions this summer in their ears and they need 14 days of treatment, 2 times a day. And they have to go back for check ups.

I come home, only to find Princess scratching her ears, and noticing her ear is humid. Im praying to God she pulls it together coz man has this ever been an expensive summer. Fucking vet bills are 3 times the price they are in Belgium and it wasnt cheap over there already *sigh*

All I need is for Faith to join in the fun and we've had them all. I seriously hope this one stays exempt of all diseases, considering I never see it, it never shows weakness, and if it does, its going to be a fucking cat fight to trap her, get her to the vet and treat her without giving her a bloody heart attack

Why have kids when you can have cats :doh:
