School has taken over my life for the past couple of weeks. I've had several research papers to write, including one on mbti :) which is going well. I had a history essay exam on Wednesday, and i fear that i failed, because i didn't really know any of the information. Hopefully he will enjoy my paper on Eli Whitney and the impact his inventions had in the industrial revolution. I thought it was a good paper.

Other than writing a ton of papers, i reconnected with an old friend. She was my best friend during my freshmen and sophomore years of high school, but we grew apart because she started doing cocaine and was constantly accusing me of trying to steal her boyfriends. I never stole any of her boyfriends, they just liked me more than her after spending about 5 minutes with me. She is very aggressive. Anyway, she was my best friend and i loved her dearly. We go through times where we will be really good friends, and then we will go 2 years without talking because she will get mad at me for something. We hung out last Sunday and had a lot of fun. We reminisced and had a few good laughs, but of course by the end of the night she was making me feel like crappy about myself, just like she used to. She was bragging about being bulimic and told me that i should try it because i had put on a lot of weight. I've gotten used to ignoring those sort of comments from her, but it seems like the drunker she got, the more she had to rag on me. I'm not sure if it was because she was jealous that guys were buying me drinks at the bar and not her or if she was just being a bitch, but either way it was painful, and she says things to me that i would never say to anyone. I forgive her though. I guess we all have our issues. I will give her another chance, and next time i will just ask her not to make remarks about my appearance.

ok brady pooped so i must go now. :)

Just letting you know I read your blog. I don't have too much to say. Congrats on the Eli Whitney paper. I always enjoy it when I feel good about something I've written.

I think it's a sign of good emotional health that you're planning on asking your friend not to make comments on your appearance. Hopefully she'll respect that boundary.

I saw Brady's pic in the current photo thread. He's cute!
