The country I live in is super into nazi social Darwinism so the results regarding loyalty as a value may be somewhat distorted. I don't feel any sense of belonging since a decade or so.

Though regarding sanctity: Executives in the corporate world like to talk about "Killing the sacred cows" as a metaphor for breaking free of things that bind their corporation for failure.
