I am always taking care of people, physically and emotionally.
Well, NFJ's could be like that. that would be the common Fe.
I mean, do you maintain a prolonged interest in personality theory as the tool to help others?
I really just liked personality tests, and I wanted to know more about myself and others.
That could be an NF reason, but then just about any type could feel that way.
I have sanguine, choleric, and melancholic moments often. Almost never phlegmatic, though.
I think that face is more melacholic than choleric. Don't my eyes look a little sad and longing? Anyway, ESTJ is a definite no.
Well, you look pretty, I could say,
serious in that picture. That could be either Melancholy or Choleric. Both are "directive", or task focused, which often tends to more seriousness. Since the Choleric is extroverted, he is usually the one who looks more serious or angry, and takes on that reputation. The Melancholy is less expressive, and may not show as much emotion on his face.
ESFJ is a combination of Sanguine and Melancholy, however, though the Melancholy is not in the social area and doesn't cover that sort of expressiveness, however, it is just as serious (SJ-Guardian). Facial expression would be more the surface social area, however.
ENFJ I have determined to be a combination of Choleric and either Phlegmatic, or a new temperament called Supine. Phlegmatics in that area are very diplomatic, while Supines are more dependent, and Melancholies are independent.
So would you say that look naturally characterizes your emotion or the way you present yourself to others a lot of the time, or again, was it just something else?
I really just like to learn. I can detect patterns within interpersonal relationships, but I am just as likely to find out things about someone just for the sake of knowing more. That makes me feel closer to others.
That kind of sounds like Fe+N. It could be Ni, or it could even Ne (tertiary), so I'm not really sure there.
I have nostalgia for things and people from my past, but not historical nostalgia. I am interested in learning about the past, but I wouldn't want to go back there for an extended period of time.
I guess that does sound like Si, and in a more mature position like auxiliary ("parent"). It's about learning more than playing. Tertiary is the "child", position, so for me, it's more "play", or "relief" than serious.
