So I started a new med twice a day, but i have to take it with at least 500 calories so breakfast and dinner, dinner will be easy but i'm not in the habit of eating that much at once, I'm more of a grazer this is what i've come up for breakfast options:
-Bowl of cereal and milk with peanut butter toast or half a bagel with cream cheese
-hashbrowns with onion, serrano, curry powder, fried egg on top ,ketchup and sriacha
-breakfast quesadillas with sausage, bacon, egg, cotija cheese, mexican blend cheese, and taco sauce plus sour cream to dip it in
-biscuits and gravy
-sausage biscuit with either eggs or hashbrowns

any other suggestions?

You could add blueberries or banana to your cereal, or possibly seeds or nuts (or eat a good healthy granola that has nuts and seeds).
Add avocado to your egg dishes.
Add full fat yogurt and whole milk.
French toast.
Waffles with peanut butter.
Omelet with ham, cheese, green peppers, mushrooms.
Some kind of breakfast bake with eggs and bacon and hashbrowns.
Add orange juice.
Pastries.
Bread pudding.
Add fruit as a side to anything.
You could make tea or coffee but instead of using any water, only use milk.

If you have a decent blender, you can make this 500-calorie strawberry-banana flavored smoothie for breakfast:

3/4 cup Dannon Oikos PRO Greek Yogurt, plain.

1 cup Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

1 large, ripe banana (fresh or frozen)

3/4 cup frozen, whole, unsweetened strawberries (unthawed)

1/2-3/4 cup frozen spinach (unthawed)

2 tablespoons slivered almonds

Your blender needs to have a really good blade for this, or you'll get weird chunks or nut shards.

Lot of vitamins, protein, probiotics, & healthy fats in this.

*If you want more fruit flavor as well as more fiber, switch the yogurt to Dannon Oikos TRIPLE ZERO Greek Yogurt, strawberry, & increase it to 1 to 1.25cup.

* this is the bare minimum 500 calories, so you can always sub the almond milk for 1% or 2% milk to further bump up the calories past that 500 minimum to ensure full absorption of your medication.

Another calorie-dense smoothie that''s peanut butter & banana flavored:

1 cup Dannon Oikos PRO Greek yogurt, plain

2 tbsp peanut butter

1 very large, very ripe banana, frozen or chilled

3/4 cup unthawed frozen spinach

1 cup Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla almond milk.

I know of meds that are supposed to be taken with food, I've never heard of a specific calorie requirement before. If it was me I think I'd try adding half a cheesecake at a time just to be safe.

Add some avocado. There is nearly 300+ calories in one.
After many years of liking avocado I finally realized that it's a scamfood that tastes like nothing. Add avocado to your salad? Good luck tasting the difference these 300 extra calories afford you. As to the consistency, its closest to that of snot.

You've never had a good ripe avocado then, because they are flavorful and the texture is decidedly unsnotlike. They have a rather green taste and the texture is buttery.

Though in fairness, the only snot I've tasted is my own, so maybe yours is avocado like. ;)

Scamfood. Well that is certainly a new conspiracy to consider.

Although the OP is looking for calorie bombs. She can blend it up in a smoothie and never notice the nothing taste.

This has to have 500 billion calories.

My keto soul CRAVES. I am still ashamed that I used to hate avocados as a kid. This looks delicious.

Seconding prev suggestions. Only other idea: bagels. A bagel is 245 calories, a packet of cream cheese is 300 calories (or alternately, egg + cheese is about 200, add some meat or avo on there and you're golden).
