Although in the end, his inability to get his wife and kids out of Colombia while simultaneously having to protect them from Los Pepes severely restricted his ability to deal with the Pepes threat.

Keyser Soze dealt with a threat to his family in a much different way.

Who else has seen it?

I think this is Netflix's second huge hit after House of Cards (and I may even like it better than House).

They are really starting to compete with HBO now.

Your thoughts?

I've watched the first 3 episodes now.

I like it a lot, although I never realised just how many potrayals of Escobar there have been already.

Although even I've heard of him in my ignorance so maybe not that surprising.

Plata o plomo!!

Loved it.

The show is great. Great acting. Great script. Great everything!
It's better than House of Cards imo.

I love how nobody really comes out well either.

It doesn't feel like I'm supposed to take a side; just humanity in observation. Trying to justify its choices.
