This might sound crazy, but the two types have the same functions and and when unhealthy ESFP are identical to an ENTJ. Same thing with unhealthy 7w8 compared to average 8w7, there's little difference! ESFP 7w8 if unhealthy are almost identical to ENTJ 8w7, and I'm trying to figure out what are the tell tale signs and differences!

The structure just doesn't work that way XLR87T3. ESFP and ENTJ are not exactly the same all eighteen egoic mind set types get agree and get flighty and get meen.

The book, Was That Really Me? by Naomi Quenk goes into unhealthy people being captured by their inferior functions. They don't resemble the opposite, by a very poor copy of their opposite.

Quenk was the lead researcher and writer for the Official for many years and noticed the pattern.

In the book, she uses the example of an INFP she worked with years previously later looked like and tested as a ESTJ, but not a healthy ESTJ. The woman had moved into management and had become a dictator. Healthy ESTJ managers are not dictators. Quenk determined the woman was in the grip of inferior Te.

ESFPs will look like bad versions of INTJs when in the grip and have confusion instead of clarity, misunderstanding of what things mean, and grandiose vision. They will become cold and isolated.
