I would appreciate if someone could do that. In my opinion, identifying your PoLR is the most efficient way to determine your type.

It's wrong opinion, because it's hard to people to admit for themselves in a weakness in a PoLR first of all.
They can admit weakneses in other three weak functions, but not in a PoLR.
My long experience in interviews with people confirms this.

Most efficient way to determine type - is a watching 1 and 2 (strongest) functions working.

My long experience in interviews with people confirms this.

Most efficient way to determine type - is a watching 1 and 2 (strongest) functions working.

For me it's hard to see which function in ego block is the leading function.

It was easier to determine what I sucked at more in superid.

Even PoLR is easier to see than leading function, in my case anyway.
