Divide by 3, 1/3 of arm is bicep, 2/3 tricep. Want bigger arms, do tricep work...close grip bench and dips work awesome. Lean forward in dip and it's a low chest almost bench, straight up moves more effort to Tris.
16 I think, been along time since I measured. Used to be 12.5-13 in highschool
My triceps are a lot stronger than my biceps, which makes sense because they're utilized when doing chest and shoulder presses, in addition to isolated exercises. Of course I work my biceps when doing lats and traps, as well.
But yeah, the triceps add a lot more girth to the arms overall.
