Preface: Not having a job sucks. It's not a sin or a sign of failure to not have a job. There are near-infinite reasons for joblessness. And sometimes society IS to blame.
Why, then, all the Sensors I know have a job, an I, as a NT don't.
The answers:
A: The Sensors are suitable
B: The NTs are competent
C: The Sensors are less competent, but suitable
D: The NTs are more competent, but less suitable
E: The Society is oportunistic, and hypocritic
F: The Sensors are majority. Just like Japanese in Japan where all The Others are 'Gaijin'*

"I don't have a job, and Sensors do, therefore Sensor society is to blame"?
Firstly, I am surprised to say that there are actual stats that prove you wrong on this.
Personality type most likely to be unemployed - Business Insider
Secondly, I am a Sensor who has recently been involved in hiring processes for my subordinates. Here is a list of factors that have more to do with getting a job than anything you're describing:
- Do they have enough experience?
- Are they fast learners?
- Do they interview well?
- Are they ambitious? If yes, are their ambitions related to a higher-ranked version of the position to which they are applying? If not, are they passionate about the job to which they are applying?
If you are more competent, then I'm going to hire you. Suitability is less important than your ability to do the job well. Most employers think this way.
