Though some of these differences don't make sense to me. Why would ENFJ be in charge, when ESFJ isn't?
While the "Js are directive except for SFJs and Ps are responsive except for STPs" rule makes sense, I think it's interesting that it's the types with a Ti/Fe ego are the ones that go in different directions. FJs and TPs are either directive or responsive and it depends on whether Ni/Se or Ne/Si is leading or backing them up respectively - NFJ vs SFJ and STP vs NTP. OTOH Te/Fi types are consistent regardless of their perceiving function...all TJs are categorized as directive while FPs are all responsive. I've talked about this once before and recently Sinclair brought it back up which is why it's fresh in my mind again, but I find when engaging people on this forum most who are NJs or SPs tend to have some kind of "edge" to them that I don't see in SJs or NPs, who vibe to me as more lighter. Not that NJs/SPs are more abrasive than SJs/NPs, but I see more a heaviness in the former that's hard for me to put into words.
OrangeAppled do you have any ideas on what this might be?
