As people become more connected and aware, it's important that government institutions from 200 years ago also be updated with the times, with the new information or knowledge. While the government of the past solves the problems of the day, the reality it faces is much different than that of today. Societies have become much more multi-cultural and multi-ethnic, while more people are going to colleges and living a life away from material production. Also, while the focus in the past was on trade and commerce, there needs to be a return to the focus on children. Finally, as the legal system becomes increasingly complex, there needs to be a law for making laws.

List of things to improve:
  • More support for business owners to open shops internationally, so a noodles shop owner in Japan ought to be able to open a business as easily in Russia, as McDonald's, for example. Also:
    1. Allow people who own businesses in a country (even if it's a shop or restaurant) to freely move around countries
    2. Improve the language and cultural education of children, by expanding or facilitating the transfer student system, as well as exchanging video greetings of children between countries, even building a group contact via online messaging between classrooms in different countries
    3. Allow people with businesses in a country to freely transfer funds to open a business in another country
    4. Have people care more about the produce and harvests of another country, by introducing a share-based or trade-based economy, instead of a monetary economy
    5. Ease the conditions of marriage between people of cultures, countries, castes, and religions, and allow families of people who married people from other countries to free travel between the countries
    6. Establish dedicated support services to help people from other cultures or countries to acclimatize to the new country, through translation services, job finding services, travel services, language training, relationship building, financial, and hospitality services.
  • A law or code for making laws:
    1. The law must have the majority in mind. In other words, the laws cannot be written for or by a few with vested interests.
    2. The law must be simple enough to be comprehended by the average six year old. This makes sure that the law makes sense to the majority of people, and can be followed by everyone.
    3. The law must be able to be read in a single sitting. This means that an hour or two reading is maximum length for a law to be voted upon. If the law cannot be read in the allotted time, then it might be too difficult for a six year old to understand, thus the need for simplification; also, in no way can a law be voted into active status when it cannot be read aloud in full, before voting.
    4. The law must be capable of enforcement. This means that any laws which intrude upon personal privacy, such as those pertaining to a person's bedroom affairs or private conduct, are considered as social codes, instead of laws.
    5. The law must stand the test of time. A law must be stable in the long term, even as the environment and situations change, because it is a code of conduct that leads to a more just society, which means that it is always beneficial to the people. If a law cannot stand the test of time, such as those for birth policies or protecting a market, then those laws are to be downgraded to temporary policies, which means they cannot be enforced by law enforcement agencies.
    6. The law must be made using love as a guide toward the affected people. The laws, and any consequences for breaking the law, cannot result in unusual punishment (which result in mental anguish or physical torment), upon those for whom the law is made, such as convicted criminals.
  • Having Cabinet Members, President, and Congressmen help make laws through the Judicial Branch with respect to their areas of expertise
  • More cooperation among countries with respect to scientific research and technological development to improve the lives of everyone, as well as societal management, so there is food security and physical safety on the streets, that is on a level more than just "do what I do" or "copy this and that".
  • A better appreciation for Neuro-based education in the Western system (focus on "practice makes perfect"), and a Cerebro-based education in the Eastern system (focus on "learning from play"). Also, more focus on encouraging students to follow the careers of their choice, not what society or parents want them to focus (such as for greater pay, higher esteem, or seeking "the swinger life"). Appreciation of the Multiple Intelligences (Memory, Analysis, Logic, Energy Sensitivity, Emotional Sensitivity)
  • Greater knowledge and discussion about the Sexual Temperaments and Racial Temperaments, especially from an Unity point-of-view, taking into account history and rate of development
  • In addition to MBTI, more awareness about the Temperaments, like Frequency Temperament, Career Temperament, Resource Temperament, Orwell Temperament, etc.
  • More awareness about energetics, like Heart Temperament (sleep time for the heart energy), psychic modality, Emotional Repression Release, Angel Number Manifestation (like with Enneagram and Natural Numbers)
  • More focus on future societal development during economic downturns, with respect to child-rearing, upgrading infrastructure for education, travel, information technology, as well as art that focuses on the unity perspective, such as wishing others to find the love of their lives, and games focusing on learning through practice and play
  • More support for work that improves lives, like charity and volunteer organizations, as well as the gathering and collecting of information through life-long learning, instead of focusing only on profit through buying, selling, and lending in the monetary system. This entails a basic social safety net for shelter, food and water, electricity, internet.
  • Children-First policy instead of Economy-First policy (with focus on shelter, career choice, personal safety, food security, encouraging people to marry at younger ages by wishing them to find the love of their lives, etc.)
