Height discussion?

I'm only 5'7'', which makes me feel a bit short, but on the bright side, it means that most of my dating partners will be equal to my height or taller, which I guess I prefer.

sometimes people ask me to grab things from high shelves for them.

If I were 2 inches taller I'd have it made at my job. I can get most things, but two more inches.....haha (I have done what people do to you to a few of my coworkers)

Not so literally. I mentioned 5" but I will back out of that. It's more of just having this predilection toward being drastically taller/shorter than the other partner and requiring it.

I do see those with strict height standards as usually red flaggy. Not saying it's accurate for all types who prefer it. But by my anecdotal observations? It is.

I'm not into the dude who requires "petite women" and I'm sure it works both ways for the woman requiring the uber tall man. Sorry. It's my opinion. I just think it's a bit like overcompensating for how the person wants to see themselves. Generally uses the size of the other as cheap emotional reinforcement of masculinity/femininity.

About 5' 4"/5' 5" (I mean, my sister says I'm 5' 5" but I'm not entirely sure? Maybe I'm 5' 4.5"?)

It's nice to look up if a guy is taller than me. Although looking straight at a guy who's just about the same height is cool too, makes it easier for me to imagine us both as (literal and figurative) equals.

The other day when I was asked about my height I said ‘5’4 and they insisted I was very wrong and ‘definitely taller’ and Yep, I guess she was right.)

I just got my height checked again at the doctor on Monday. Still a 5’9” monsterlady.
Age has yet to shrink me, but it wouldn’t be the worst if it did.

I am okay with my height. The only reason I'm over 5' at all is because I took growth hormone shots for many year.

I think being the most (or least) anything in a group is fun. Positive or negative, it's a trait unique to you.
