The Phoenix Prestige - 4th August 2010 - Arrival in Beijing
After a 12-hour train journey form Hangzhou's main station to Beijing's south station, The Phoenix Prestige have finally arrived in Beijing.
The band members are looking forward to tomorrow night's show at the famous local venue D22 near Beijing university and then continuing their China tour at Beijing's What? bar nearby the east gate of Tiananmen Square's forbidden city.
Both venues are highlights for many bands who travel to and around China. Recent bands to share the stage are Coco Rosie and Subs. It has become known to many as the CBGB's of Beijing. Should be a great show...so come along if you can spare 40RMB, 30RMB if you can prove you're a student!!!
''Maze'' and ''Face by Face'' are among the support acts on the night.
