Skype Issues

I am having issues with Skype for the past weeks and I would really want to replace it ASAP with another application. Every now and then I encounter problems in sending files and with the audio also. What are other applications similar to Skype? I want something that can be compatible with gadgets such as iPhone, iPad, Android devices, Microsoft Windows, USB speakerphones and other wireless audio devices. Any recommendations?

Just like you, I also have frequent issues with Skype and my cousin is advising me to try video conferencing with other app that is applicable to any of my devices. Anyway, I'm still thinking if I would go for GotoMeeting or LoopUp because I'm not sure if they would meet my requirements. I'm also waiting for a friend's call about what he got.

Looks like we are in the same *JAM* - sorry couldn't help it --- lol :D:D:D

Anyway, yes, it is quite a challenge when you need video conferencing and you also have to be offsite - esp for me, I don't usually stay in the office because I have teams all over the city and when I have video conferencing, I need to stay either at home or in the office just so I can use my PC. It would be great to find something that is compatible with my tablet. I heard about omnijoin, as well as gotomeeting and loopup too after I started this thread. I have also been looking at other video conferencing equipment, but I think those 3 that I mentioned would be an answer to my problem - well, at least I am hoping. I've been searching for too long :(
