It's becoming plain that our uniting factor is narcissism.
Narcissism does lead to loneliness, but we are not here to meet other lonely people, rather we are here to validate our narcissism.
If we weren't able to validate our narcissism, if we we weren't able to feel that our narcissism is normal, we might question our addiction to narcissism. And we can't do that: Nike would feel let down and betrayed by the millions who bray the Nike slogan, If it feels good, just do it.
