I got quite low. Sigh!

From time to time I do Kayanupassana - you observe what you are doing, for example when you are walking you tell yourself 'walking walking', when eating you tell yourself that you are eating etc.

This works like magic in calming myself down, not to become overwhelmed by emotions and the best of all when you do Kayanupassana, you will start noticing your emotions as they occur. You can just discard them if you think it's unnecessary.

However the reason I don't continue it is I feel that I miss out on opportunities to act on my imaginations, desires etc.

3.2, but mostly because I have to, not that I can't pay attention. I oscillate between hyperfocus and disassociation.
