Leslie Scott risked everything - a secure job, her mother's home, friendships, and bankruptcy - in order to pursue her Jenga dream.

But even this kind of challenge [publishing a new game] wouldn't be a challenge if there were not a significant element of risk, if there were not a real chance of failing and having to start all over again."

She describes Jenga as a "perpetual challenge," because she wanted to imply that 'the game continually presents new challenges. Every game is different. There is no single solution. You cannot conquer the game as such. Even when it comes crashing down, you can build a new tower and start fresh again."
