Technically Skeeter is a glitch in the Muppet MAtrix. If you look at any of Scooter from the Muppet Show...was an only child. It wasnt until Jim Henson built that time machine in the 80's that let him go back in time to bring us Fraggle Rock, two unintended consequences of that were Skeeter's addition to the prime time line, and that irregular mole that Jim Henson was all wait and see about that eventually led to wrong sounding muppets.

I think traveling Matt or Gobo might be my favorites. Fraggles I think are muppets in their natural state and habitat, before the nazis, and later the soviets took some and performed genetic experiments leading to abominations like Scooter and Bunsen
