... and it was so exhausting I slept in til half one this afternoon :D

Most of the people were really nice and did their best to help me out with stuff, there was one 20 year old who I might try and stay out of the way of... she was shocked to learn that I am still a virgin at 16 (since when is that a question you ask someone you just met? xD) and that I don't smoke. She also told the boss (who is fit, btw) when he was walking past that he needed to stop hiring babies xD I mean she didn't say any of it nastily, but still.

The till hated me. It's mutual. Stupid hundreds of menus. Luckily everyone was being patient with me and helped me out when I couldn't find the button I was looking for or if I pressed the wrong one and completely screwed it up.

My next shift is half 10 til half 3 tomorrow, then half 10 til 6 on saturday :) ack and I'm going to have to catch the bus which I'm not sure I've actually done since I was ickle, let alone on my own xD I am in the process of giving my mum/dad/sister the puppy eyes treatment to convince them to come with me the first time I catch the bus (I got a lift in yesterday because the bus times were stupid)

Y'know how they use that chips/fries shovel thing to get chips/fries into the little containers or bags? Much harder than it looks, srsly.

I almost forgot to mention that I'm in love! My granny got a kitten on monday :wubbie: she's called Tabitha and she's only 6 weeks old and fluffy and tabby and CUTE! I keep making excuses to go round there to visit :D if I put my arm down on the floor and wiggle my fingers she pounces on it :heart:

It says more about her than you.

On a side note, I don't know that much about Cambridge, I should do as my mother was born there, but don't you have a good bus service like we do in Oxford?

Oh there are lots of buses that go everywhere but trying to find one that goes from the right place to the right place at the right time is a complete nightmare! Mostly because I don't live in the actual city, just a village a few miles away so I'm marooned there if there is no available bus :)
