getting back on track after Thanksgiving.

Breakfast:
Baked Apple Oatmeal-150 calories

Lunch:
Whole white albacore tuna, light miracle whip on a slice of whole wheat toast-230 calories

Dr.Pepper that i just HAD TO HAVE-150 calories


Snack:
Tootsie pop-no clue how many calories, but probably not many in a sucker.

Dinner:
Chili made with lean beef
ounce of cheese
10 crackers-close to 800 calories.

Snack:
Medium sized grapefruit: probably close to 160 calories.

Close to 1500 calories, exactly my goal for the day.

Add 30 minutes of cardio and 20 minutes of strength training and i'm good for the day. :)
