Rant about my annoying art teacher.
So everyone knows that I am the one who always sucks up/is actually nice to the teachers. It's not my fault, I mean, you should at least soften up teachers so they trust you and stuff. I can be manipulative like that. So today, we were starting our new project: make a creature out of clay, that tells a story. We're reading the expectations. The kids in my class are messing about, like on any normal day. Suddenly, the old teacher starts getting mad and tells us to keep quiet or else. I'm smart enough to doodle on my paper and pretend to highlight information. Sadly, the other kids aren't following my idea. Of course, they just have to start yelling and making dumb noises that annoy our old teacher. She gets mad. She slams the paper down, and she tells us that we'll be working on our pin-hole cameras instead today, and I'm really angry because I wanted to do the clay project. She even told us that we were never going to do clay again, and that upset my table a lot (we're the goody-two shoes table) and I felt like killing someone.
Do you know how effing annoying it is to make a pin-hole camera? My camera is pretty badly made. I suck at crafts, but I am good at molding clay. And now these stupid kids take away the one and only thing I am good at in art.
I wanted to do something about it. So I talked to my teacher on behalf of the goody-two shoes table, and I told her how badly we wanted to do clay and stuff. I put on my best goody-goody accent too. She loved every moment of it. So she announces to the whole class: "Suzy has managed to convince me that we should clay after all. I won't force you, but whoever wants to do clay can come to my table, and whoever doesn't can stay at their seats." The whole class comes over to her table. I am feckkin' angry. First these kids are messing around when she's trying to tell us what she expects of us, they act like they don't even care, and now this?!
Maybe the title 'Bloody Art Teacher' wasn't appropriate. The old woman was only trying to do her job. I blame the bloody kids.
