To relieve this internal torture

Enjoying this release
No need for the O negative to clot
It will continue until the end
My life and energy all but gone
Drifting slowly through consciousness
Until I close my eyes for one last time
One last breath in my hopelessness

Until this person is as she has been
Not a walking but a real corpse
No one will lament for real
As they never cared for me
