Fabricating metal parts with programmable machinery
Sounds fun to me, interesting, I'd be watching and figuring out exactly what the machine was doing and how it all worked.
Making house calls to the elderly as a registered nurse
Eh, the registered nurse part is not for me, I have less than no interest in it but house calls to the elderly for other, less icky reasons, would be cool.
Preparing meals from a large menu in a lunch restaurant
Done that, enjoy it. I love making food in a well equipped kitchen and people are always happy when they have a great meal put in front of them. A big impact here would be the other people I was working with though.
Building customized computers for game enthusiasts
Sounds fun, working with my hands, building things up.
Finding buyers and sellers for apartments as real estate broker
Meh, I associate real estate brokers with a hard sell and I'm not keen on that however if I was offering knowledge and service to people who were excited about selling or buying then I'd get caught up in that.
Helping people to apply for unemployment aid and managing their applications
I'm not too sure what that is, I guess helping people get government benefits or something? That would depend entirely on the people, if they were negative, no-hopers who didn't want to help themselves then I'd hate and resent it, if they were people who needed and appreciated the help then I think it would be ok.
Preparing lithographic printing plates in a design art shop
If it required artistic skills on my behalf then it doesn't matter if I like it or not, the people who ran the design shop wouldn't like it.
Helping people on exercise techniques and sport equipment at a gym
I don't mind showing people correct techniques, offering encouragement/pressure or explaining how an exercise will help them but I don't think I'd like it beyond that. The complaining about 'this hurts' or giving up mentality would make me lose interest in helping.
