What do you think?

Is there any point in pretending the other is wrong?

Nope. Same with Judaism, Hinduism, Paganism, Buddhism, Bahai faith, etc. etc.

There is no point in pretending anything is wrong. Either you can demonstrate that it is wrong or not, and since faith can neither be proven nor disproven, there is no point.

Now we can certainly point to actions carried out in the name of religion as wrong, though even here, we will not have a complete consensus. That's because religious followers are people, and people aren't perfect. We succumb to the same human failings, regardless of which religion or moral code we look to for guidance.
