Holy Cr@p!! Is Bone Broth supposed to smell like that?! | Oh. Hello, Paleo.
I nhave a hard enough time making regular broth. It’s like finding a corpse on the side of the road and thinking “ Ya know, I’d like to liquify that and drink it.â€
The last time I boiled down bones the smell nearly made me vomit-that isn’t hyperbole.
Dompeople REALLTpY like the flavor of bone marrow? Because I tried it and it tasted like what I imagine dog food tastes.
