Final Fantasy VII
Cloud: ISTJ 3w4. As a mercenary, he does his job and then moves on without getting personally involved (at least until Tifa steps in). He is cold and unemotional. During his love triangle with Tifa and Aerith, he acts as if he is completely unaware of it, even though both women clearly like him. Even in Advent Children, he refuses to let Tifa in. He is focused on getting the job done and getting paid, which implies 3. I'm going to say 3w4 because he is image-conscious to some degree. He is always correcting people who call him a soldier.
Tifa: ENFP 7w6. I see her typed as an ESFJ a lot, but I disagree. She joins an environmental terrorist group because in her mind, saving the planet is the right thing to do (Fi) even though people are getting hurt. She is fanatic about AVALANCHE, even more so than Barrett, which leads me to believe she is a 7w6. In Advent Children, she wants nothing more than a "real family," but I think this is due to all the excitement in FFVII (like the world almost blowing up). After that, who wouldn't want to settle down?
Aerith: IxFJ (but probably ISFJ). As much as I want to say INFP, it just doesn't fit. She is almost definitely a Ni-user. She instinctively knows when something has happened to Zack in Crisis Core, just as she implies she knows that Sephiroth is going to kill her (if you have't played this game by now...). This could be due to some magical Cetra powers, in which case she might actually be an ISFJ. She is great with planting and maintaining flowers (Se), but again, this is because she's an Ancient. I'm going to rule out INFP because she says she would rather be normal than not, and she uses "not normal" as an insult multiple times. I also see a sense of Fe in her (I mean come on, she's a friggin healer). She readily sacrifices herself for the group as well. I'm leaning toward ISFJ over INFJ because I think she has some unhealthy Si. She fall in "love" with Cloud simply because he reminds her of Zack, even though the two of them could not be more opposite. I think the Ni/Se traits are just due to her being a Cetra.
Yuffie: ESFP. She hates tradition and has no problem rebelling against it (Fi-Se). She is a bit of an opportunist, but I don't think it implies T. Her reactions to almost everything are emotional. Just look at her obvious crush on Vincent. In Dirge of Cerberus, she slaps Shelke without hesitation when she says something offensive. In Advent Children, she calls Cid out for being sexist, even though they are in the middle of a crisis.
Sephiroth: This is a stab in the dark, but I'm going to say INTJ.
Everyone else: I have no idea.
Tomb Raider
Lara Croft: ISTP. She is very analytical, catching details easily (Ti-Se). In the first book/film, she is slightly bothered by the village people laughing at her, which I think confirms that she uses Fe. In the prequel game, she is extremely reluctant to believe in the supernatural (Se).
