Finally a test that makes me go yes, yes, yes! This high-to-low order does also seem to represent the step-by-step process I go through when dealing with emotions. It's interesting to see how that process could differ in others.

Yeah, not sure I like this test. I feel it is highly inaccurate. Just because I know something is good or bad, doesn't mean I know why. I mean, one is either painful or pleasant. IT isn't rocket science. In terms of emotions, you could show me 50 shades of Red, and I'd call them all Red. Also, calling what I do "regulating" is bullshit, I only suppress.
