I found two books pivotal in my understanding of human beings. The first is from psychology.

Dr. David Keirsey Please Understand Me (Myers Briggs Typology Index). This was a classic best seller, selling 2,000,000 copies. It was required reading text at two different universities. It’s based on 3 decades of research.

Dr. Helen Fisher Why Him, Why Her? (Biological Anthropology). I use this text in conjunction with Professor Keirsey’s work. According to Dr. Fisher;
SP 35% of the population have higher levels of dopamine.

SJ 35% of the population have higher levels of serotonin.

NF 15% of the population have higher levels of Estrogen.

NT 15% of the population have higher testosterone.
