Perhaps an ISTP with INFJ shadow.
Putting those machines together is way too practical for an INFJ. But the moral self-righteousness definitely fits an INFJ gone awry.

He might just have an Se grip, though. He's unhealthy so it's plausible.

Nah, he's trying to get a point across to people to appreciate life more. An INTJ in his situation would be more like Walter White, more bent on gripping onto his inferior Se for personal thrills and profit, rather than Jigsaw who is projecting his need for Se on other people through unhealthy Fe.
