I've been typed as so many things, it's disconcerting. Anyway, I thought I'd fill out a completely different questionnaire; just to be fresh, y'know.
1) What aspect of your personality made you unsure of your type?
Everything. I don't know a whole lot about myself. It doesn't help that I'm only 15, mind.
2) What do you yearn for in life? Why?
To be good at something! Ideally, I want to create something new, or revolutionize something. I want a happy, creative, exciting life, and I want to be able to travel and do things and talk to different people...and just learn all I can.
3) Think about a time where you felt like you were at your finest. Tell us what made you feel that way.
When I realised that the world is a great bundle of opportunities; and when I learned to realise that good days and bad days must be truly embraced to live life happily; and that there is no God to impress if I want an afterlife - the fact that I'm living now and will not exist in this form some day, and that I (and we) may be a part of something bigger than we can imagine truly excites me. (I stopped believing in the Christian God when I was 11. It's hard when you're brought up religiously and attend a Catholic school)
4) What makes you feel inferior?
When I can't do something, especially if I really like it, eg maths. I love maths, but am slower and less able than every one else in my class, and it frustrates me. Also, sometimes I can't communicate my point across, and sometimes I just don't know what to say to people. I wouldn't say it makes me feel inferior - as I know everyone ultimately has their own strengths and weaknesses - but I feel frustrated in myself, and disappointed that I'm possibly not reaching my full potential.
5) What tends to weigh on your decisions? (Do you think about people, pro-cons, how you feel about it, etc.)
Pros and cons, all the time. I try to do the right thing, and the thing that makes the most sense - regardless of everyone's feelings. However, I feel like I do have a sense of morality, that I usually follow when making decisions.
6) When working on a project what is normally your emphasis? Do you like to have control of the outcome?
If no one else will be the team leader, then I will: but it's not my favourite position. I'm not too bothered about control of anything - only that people can get their ideas and thoughts flowing and the best possible general outcome is achieved.
7) Describe us a time where you had a lot of fun. How is your memory of it?
Last year, on holiday with my friends. We went to France for a week. We got to go all over the countryside, and explore different places. I loved going to all of the different market towns and watching how the French lived their life. It also gave me a chance to learn more about the way of life; the country's history; hell, even how they farmed their cows (the grassfed milk was delicious) and the fact that I was with my friends, but if I wanted to I could just go and sit by the lake and think and soak everything up. No responsibilities, no expectations...just relaxation, fun, friends, and new experiences and knowledge.
8) When you want to learn something new, what feels more natural for you? (Are you more prone to be hands on, to theorize, to memorize, etc)
To theorize - to see how I can apply my knowledge to the task at hand; and it may even give me a chance to change my way of thinking or reframe my current knowledge and ideas.
9) How organized do you to think of yourself as?
Quite disorganised. Organisation does not come naturally to me, at all. I prefer to just go with the flowww.
10) How do you judge new ideas? You try to understand the principles behind it to see if they make sense or do you look for information that supports it?
I think I try to understand the principles behind it first, as I like new ideas and how they can be implemented.
11) You find harmony by making sure everyone is doing fine and belonging to a given group or by making sure that you follow what you believe and being yourself?
I prefer following what I believe and being myself. I don't care much for putting people into boxes.
12) Are you the kind that thinks before speaking or do you speak before thinking? Do you prefer one-on-one communication or group discussions?
I think before speaking most of the time, and I like to have the general idea formed in my head before I throw it out there. Sometimes, I just talk as I think, particularly when I'm talking to friends. And I like both one-on-one communication and group discussions. Both have their merits.
13) Do you jump into action right away or do you like to know where are you jumping before leaping? Does action speaks more than words?
Actions don't always speak more than words in the same way that words don't speak more than actions. However, I often prefer to know what I'm getting myself into before I do it. Sometimes, I do think you have to just take the leap and go with it to get the best out of an experience, though.
14) It's Saturday. You're at home, and your favorite show is about to start. Your friends call you for a night out. What will you do?
I record my favourite show, as I can watch it anytime, but I may miss something interesting if I don't see my friends. Besides, I value my friends more than a TV show.
15) How do you act when you're stressed out?
More emotional than I'd like to admit less patient, probably a little more snappy, lose sense of humour...but inside I'd be dying even more, trying to control my external side.
16) What makes you dislike the personalities of some people?
I don't like it when people think they're better than everyone else - like their superior knowledge must not be shared amongst mere mortals. I dislike narcissism, too. Also, any form of prejudice just irritates me...or things that people call human nature that are really just social conditioning...or when some people are ungrateful and spoiled...
17) Is there anything you really like talking about with other people?
Philosophy is quite fun to talk about. I also like discussing books, movies, games, people's thoughts and feelings, and science...i dunno. I like to talk about most things :3
18) What kind of things do pay the least attention to in your life?
Probably unnecessary negativity. Draining, and you get nothing out of it. Also, the irrational worries of some people (aka, some teenagers in my school) that could be solved with a little bit of realisation...
19) How do your friends perceive you? What is wrong about their perception? ? What would your friends never say about your personality?
My friends think I'm silly, clumsy, funny, and smart? They think it's endearing when I go off into little rants about nothing "here she goes again..." and apparently I can be quite wise. I'm not sure what's wrong with their perception (I don't have an ego!) except I don't think I'm all too smart or wise? I feel like we're all equally good in some areas, and our general levels of overall intelligence and perception are reasonably good. I'm not all that wise, but I suppose I can get some good insights, but I'm sure they can, too. They just don't spend as much time reading etc as I do, so they won't have the knowledge out of the books I've read. Which is fine: we all have our interests, and they're way better at sport etc as I am. I'm just saying - they say I'm good at essays and writing like it's something they'll never be. 1) I'm not even that good, and 2) they could be too, if they just practised and tried, in the same way I'd be good if I worked hard enough at sport.
As for something they'd never say...I'm not sure. Impatient? Sometimes too idealistic? Sometimes seek validation? Get frustrated when I can't change things?
20) You got a whole day to do whatever you like. What kind of activities do you feel like doing?
Go into town, get some coffee, go to a posh restaurant just because I've never been there before, spend way too long in the library, try to paint something, try to improve on my story, maybe see some friends...I dunno, endless things to do.
