Personally for me aggression is a fun emotion to express, as well as rage.
More so if it's been built up and released. If somethings troubling me and I deal with it then go to the gym and work out and take it out on a punching bag, it's much more enjoyable than going to the gym while having a normal average day and doing the same thing.
Or if I'm playing a game with a friend while somethings bothering me and I play to the best of my ability win [actually friends aren't needed for this one] by a landslide [or a single player game where I'm just doing exceptionally well], it's more enjoyable than if I wasn't annoyed with something.
As fun as this is, it's like a rare treat in my emotional spectrum since I can't go around screaming and flipping out just to get an emotional high.
So, what about you guys
