You should study Palmer's works and the whole concept of enneagram, and you'll see that tritype is shit.

If the only way you came to this conclusion was through reading textbooks etc, you have no real grounds to claim they do not exist. I’ve personally went out into the world for almost 2 years studying the people around me, seeing what applies or doesn’t. I have both observed and read up a lot on it. All though I can not call myself an expert, I was able to form my own opinion based on my first hand research. My conclusion is there are many accuracies in the MBTI, enneagram & also the tritype compared to any other personality theories out there. Not only have I observed, tested and experiences it first hand, but it has also allowed me to overcome personal barriers that I could have never figured out on my own was it not for the in depth studies that have been made on tritype/enneagram/MBTI.
You can not simply base everything off other people’s research. Although they are great tools, people get too caught up in facts which can become very misleading and pull away from the truth.
Ex: I have a co worker who could probably win any argument he makes through facts alone. Sometimes he’s just flat out wrong. But he always knows how to pull the information he needs to win the argument. He should honestly be a lawyer! At the end of the day, if he wanted to prove that a tomatoe is actually blue, he could probably do it! That doesn’t mean the tomato is actually blue. We all know they are green and then they are red.
Ex 2: We all know that if we are to go to court, we should be getting a lawyer. Why is this? Because lawyers are great at focusing on facts in order to help you win your case. Does this system mean that whoever wins the case is in deed the correct party? Nope. If that was the case, no one would need lawyers because whoever is right would just win the case. Lawyers are professionals who are trained to help people win even if they are wrong.
Too many facts without going to the crime scene yourself and seeing how everything truly plays out (as detectives do) can steer you away from the truth. Basically you don’t know anything until you go see for yourself.
I would recommend you open your mind, do your own first hand research and then come back and share your opinion. I’m curious to see if your opinion will be the same or if it will have changed. And I don’t mean 1 week research this kind of thing takes time. Otherwise, you can’t really say that you know for sure tritype is all “shit”.
