I wouldn't call myself a hater, but I will point out flaws in ESFPs because that's what 'hate' threads are about. Not that I find this the same about all ESFP types (obvs) .
But there is this one ESFP friend I have, he keeps on doing this thing where he doesn't understand the 'big picture' of things and drives out people from his life doing the same menial little 'quirks' which just makes situations and people feel superficiality. He gives in to 'trends' even though he knows better, like he hashtags his facebook posts, even though they make no sense for facebook. And I'm pretty sure he knows how intellectually blunt that is, but he does it anyway. Almost as if he is working on the negative reactions of other people (Is that an Se-dominant thing, btw? I mean I hear Se-dominants usually make bullies for that reason)
He reflects back on all this when he is in a immediate quiet zone, and asks me why people keep ditching him or acting weird around him, and then when I tell him that he may be just driving them away with his annoying 'in the moment' type gestures, he labels me as someone who 'thinks too much'.
The funny thing is he is in a relationship with an ESFP female type, who has the same flaws as he does and they keep on having emotional outbursts about each other being 'ever fleeting' and 'maybe seeing other people'. These flaws that I can see in both of them. It took my friend until a couple of days ago to realize that he may be yelling at her for the exact same reasons, she is yelling at him for.
But even with all those feelings, he is currently seeing someone... and I am not.
