Pessimism and optimism are both unbalanced approaches. We need realism. We need to identify and focus on basic common goals, and set aside the petty, superficial conflicts that stand in the way of that. The realism is necessary in part to expose these conflicts as indeed petty and counterproductive.
If they arent going to tax the rich I'm going to assasinate them. Just so everyone is fore warned.
The world needs its inhabitants to be caretakers. Since this is our home and each person our brother, and our body/mind/soul our temple, we need a heaping amount of love, care, and respect for our home, ourselves, and our fellow man. This requires conscious action, conscientiousness, and the forethought we never had in previous generations.
In summary, we've been dicking around for too long and need to act like responsible adults that pay attention to the consequences of our actions.
