What those feelings mean, their weight, you create that illusion, yourself.

Very true. But some of these illusions are fundamental and as such only nominally within our power to adjust. Likewise, there are subconscious feelings that are largely outside our direct control.

They're fundamental only so far as they are trying to serve some purpose.

Awaken to the purpose, rather than the transient state of being, and you will figure out how to gain control.

Pain is not simply pain. It tells us something; it carries the answer of its own death, within itself.

It is up to us to listen to what it says, rather than wallow in what it is.

The musical choice for the types is spot on. This is good stuff.

The 6 and the 8 ones especially rock. So motivational for the fight.

    Default Type 4 Videos

These are from my Type 4 stash, and I have a few of them so I’ll just list them without vouching for them although I may comment on a few. Some can easily be found just by searching Youtube, while a few of the others I had to dig around for a bit over time, following leads.

I love this next clip; it’s not that educational since it’s a portion of a larger clip, but it is chock full of lol:

This is a good description of type 4 at the beginning of this video:

Envy is a major component of being a 4. This video is nice and brief and focused on envy in 4s:

This one video I will vouch for, as it is an excellent example of a “dauntless type 4” in the workplace. (Type 4 SP) I don’t know if 4s with other mixes of instinctual variants would resemble this, since this kind of behavior is usually not welcome in the workplace (as the comments mention)! I wish I could find someone like this and work for them, or at least find a type 4 mentor like this guy.

This guy gives good advice for dauntless 4s in the workplace…

When all I want to do is strip away these stilled constraints
And crush this charade, shred this sad, masquerade"
