Well, Biden has "took the power" and assumed the US presidency, so I guess that this chapter of the US history is over, and I also believe that the risk for a civil war has been very lowered.
Over?

I am not sure that I agree. There probably will be certain incidents and some people will be vocal but it indeed looks as if the situation is starting to calm down. Plus the most will probably give Biden a chance despite their tone, since they know that in this situation total escalation would be a pure lose-lose and the country would fall apart (and that includes their lives as well).

You are witnessing a very weird, extremist religion being born.I am not sure that I agree. this is all starting to sound like a really crazy and horrible White Wolf RPG game...
Right but it gets crazier. From what I could gather, the big QAnon thing today is that Trump is only stepping down because the US government as we know it is over, soon to be replaced by a "restored American Republic" that's also led by Trump. The NESARA / GESARA references here are to a pre-QAnon conspiracy called NESARA, which claimed that a law that would essentially solve everyone's problems (ending disease, abolishing debt) was secretly passed by Congress but was delayed by the 9/11 attacks.

after Biden's swearing-in came and went, panic set in.
"We were promised arrests, exposures, military regime, classified documents. where is it????????" wrote one member of the QAnon-linked Telegram channel, which has nearly 128,000 subscribers.
"I'm scared, feeling sick in my stomach, but I am holding the line still," said another.
"Well babies are still being raped and eaten, any f**kin minute now GOD," said another.
Some began acknowledging the truth.
"Biden is our president," a fourth user in the Telegram channel said. "It's time to get off our devices and get back to reality. If something happens then something happens, but for now I'm logging out of all social media. It's been fun guys but it's unfortunately over."
Other believers insisted that the lack of a climax was itself a part of the plan, theorizing that Trump merely "allowed" Biden to become president "for appearances" while the former reality show host would be the one pulling the strings. "Anything that happens in the next 4 years is actually President Trumps doing," wrote one 4chan user.
"It's a hot mess, frankly," said Carla Hill, research fellow at the Anti-Defamation League's Center on Extremism, of the various reactions of QAnon believers. "Frustration started seeping in. There is some embarrassment, some anger ... A range of [new] conspiracies are spinning out of this and they are arguing among themselves."
Wow. I haven't ever paid any attention to Tucker Carlson, but he uses all the exact same psychological and linguistic tactics of abusers I've known. The projection, reframing, Catch-22, setups, is disturbingly familiar to what I've both studied or encountered. To even try to defend the correct position gives credibility to his devious tactics.
