Expression of personal opinions or opinions in general, imho.

Drives.

To put it simply,
INTJ => task orientated
INFJ => people orientated

Both construct mental models in analyzing the situation. However INTJs are typically more concern with efficiency and INFJ with harmony (balance).

People vs. task orientation is generally how it goes, but it can be confusing because they often go hand-in-hand, especially in work environments. In group work, an INTJ might have to figure out how to get along with everyone else in order to achieve maximum efficiency.

Maybe there's the attitude, then: In group work, does developing relationships seem natural, or like it exists only for the purpose of efficiency?

I would also imagine that INFJs would care more about what other people thought of them.

Precisely correct.

This, of course, shouldn't presume that an INxJ couldn't envision their complement.

If it's being done for "efficiency", then the focus is still tasks.

Technically, the INFJ is also task-oriented, because the Interaction Style (INJ) is role-directive, which corresponds to task focus. The temperament however, is shaped by F, which gives it a bit of people-focus. For the temperaments, the corresponding mirror of people vs task focus is called "Motive vs Structure". So NF focuses on the motives of people so they can work with them, and thus is another kind of people focus. Sructure focus is more about organizations, systems or plans, and thus parallels task focus.
NTJ is both directive and structure focused, and thus the most task-oriented, while NFJ is sort of inbetween.

The most obvious difference:
INFJ's usually come off as a lot more timid/weaker/self-conscious than INTJ's. INTJ's function more like robots than humans while INFJ's actually seem to be humans.
