It said ISTJ. I suppose because Ne got the lowest score?

You are strongly on the introvert side based on the test results, then it sees you are a thinker and a sensor. So it it knows IST. Then it compares the value of a couple of functions: (Si + Te) to (Se + Ti) in the main branch of logic but since those two are equal, it looks at Si vs Se. Si is 5 and Se is 4 so it assigns ISTJ. It's a fringe case in the logic and very borderline but seems consistent with the lower functions.

Ah I see, can I ask why it compares Si vs Se specifically and not Ti vs Te?

I don't remember actually. Was wondering the same thing when I looked up the logic. It might have to do with the fact I have greater confidence in the questions for those functions.
